We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund of your £80 deposit. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in the deposit being non-refundable.
